Hi we've had 2/3 letters from Parking Eye which we've ignored but we've now had a letter before action stating court proceedings will be issued. What do we do?

Read this thread, and put together a stonking acknowledgement of their letter, which will hopefully get them to drop the whole thing:

Draft something out and post it up for us to have a think about. Don't be messing about with descriptions of what, when or how, just stick to the legal stuff as set out by zzzLazyDaisy.

Before following bazster's excellent advice, check first if what you have from Parking Eye is, in fact, a Letter Before Action/Letter Before Claim, and not just another letter in the chain saying legal action may be taken. If you can, scan it, redact it of all identifying content (name, address, dates, times, location, VRN, reference numbers), and post it here.

You don't want to be jumping the gun and challenging their LBA/LBC if it actually isn't one.

Yes, good point TST. Given that we're at the "heavy" end of the process we probably need to see any purported LBA/LBC before commenting on it.
