Business mileage tax back

Hi, i've just started travelling to client sites as part of my work. I was given a car allowance as part of my salary (efectively paid £5000 more in my salary). I went to site this week and got 18p per mile business mileage from my employer using my own car. My question is, am i entitled to claim anything else back?

Google P87 form and use it at the end of the tax year.
