Travel Insurance quote for existing condition

Hi there - We want to take out annual insurance but to cover an existing condition (hernia). We have gone on the comparsion sites but the quotes dont give you any option to include what we want covering? Always been told to disclose medical conditions but there isnt a facility?

What is the best way to do this?

Pick an insurer then phone them.

i found L&V competitive when we took out our annual cover with pre existing conditions.
their online prices are cheaper than phoning them by 15% i was told.

I used Lessclicksmorecover.com after following a link from this website because it was quick and all on line (so didn't need me to be finding time in the work day to get on to a call centre) However, I WOULD DEFINITELY AVOID THEM!

I've never claimed before and put in a small claim this time for a 90euro taxi fare to and from hospital after I cut my knee open falling off my bike. They refused to pay out as they say I should have phoned their "assistance line" before incurring the cost (i.e. before going to hospital with my bleeding leg full of road grit, I should have instead chatted with a call centre!?!).

I've been with Columbus for last few years with 3 existing serious conditions. One of which was a large incisional hernia which I was waiting on Surgery for and I managed a good deal for a holiday 3 months before the surgery was due. Also you can input hernia online. As I did all mine online.
