Central heating problems!!!

Hi all I have a problem with my ch all the heating is turned off but when I put the hot water on the upstairs rads come on.
Any ideas on how to fix it please????

Get someone in to sort out:
a) With a conventional system (hot tank and cold in roof) your faulty mid-position 3 way motorised valve or 2 way motorised zone valve whichever it is that you have.
b) With a combi the faulty diverter valve in the boiler.

I concurr!I was going to put the name of my plumbing business here so you know what I do should I give out any advice plumbing wise - however apparently I cant do that - go figure!!!!!
