I used 5pm because they had a 10% off for first order offer on.
I couldn't get the code to work, but I was sick of trying and sent my order off, then emailed them to say about it.
I received a reply from an actual person who said they were passing my comment on to the right department, then another from one of their cs reps apologising for the error and just wanting to know the takeaway and name we used to order. I sent these details and she replied quickly saying they had actioned the refund.
Just felt glad after some things I read about 5pm, just-eat etc. that I had some really good cs
