Congestion charge
Hi,
could someone tell me if i need to pay the congestion charge twice.
I will be entering the city this evening around 9pm to work at a datacentre and leaving again some time after midnight, so this will span two day as far as i can tell.
Does that mean i need to pay twice as i will be driving all be it out on a different day to entering.
