Balance Transfer Question (reversal)

Hi, complete newbie here so please excuse me.
It appears I have managed to transfer a balance from a Natwest credit card to an RBS credit card before reading that RBS credit cards will not accept any balance transfers from other RBS group cards.
I have yet to receive the card but have looked online and it says the payment to the Natwest card has gone through.
This obviously doesn't tie in with the above statement but my question is that if the payment has been authorised can it be reversed ?
If it has gone through will I still get the 0% for the term or can they change it.
Slightly confused so any help be appreciated.

They either do a BT or not. If they agreed to transfer the balance and the payment goes through, I think you'll get your 0%.0
