Is this an error or fraud??

Checking my credit file and there is a mobile phone contract showing as started 1999 with Orange at my old address (not lived there for 8 years). Now, I did have a phone contract at that time and at that address but it has long since been closed.
The odd thing, is that it is showing my name at my old address and that this mobile phone contract is up to date and has been paid every month bang on for years. It is for £32 per month. I have not got this on my bank statement nor do I have any correspondence to my current address for a phone contract for this amount. I have also taken out a new phone contract just in April this year with Orange.
Is this just an error or is it possible the person who bought the house from me has somehow taken over my old contract, perhaps opened mail that was sent there after I'd moved? It's not the fact that it's showing on my credit file that spooked me, it's the fact that it's showing as paid every month!
Any advice/info appreciated
