Santander Mortgage PPI

I am getting nowhere at all with the Customer Services at Santander in respect of my claim.

It is well over the 8 weeks and I keep getting fobbed off. I have sent a fax which they are meant to deal with in 48 hours, that has now come and gome.

Does anyone have an email address for Santander to whom I could possibly forward my complaint to?

    They have 8 weeks from receipt of a complaint to get a response in the post. Then you can go to FOS.

    However, mortgage PPI complaints are not normally upheld.
