Retuned freeview and only got 8 channels

Sony Bravia tv and only channels are itv e4 ch4 more 4 plus their time shift channels.

Which Transmitter are you on, or where are you located?
You could try unplugging the aerial, retune - obviously you'll get no channels, then plug the aerial back in and retune again.0 -
How old is the TV?That gum you like is coming back in style.0

The current high pressure area is affecting signals, so it is quite possible that your problem is connected.
Perhaps try in the evening and see if that is better.0 -
I had the same just checked connections factory reset and re tuned . All back now .
