Oh I am so mad I could cry.
I have been with them for years without any problems, until now.
I have the unlimited 3 discs a month package, for which I pay up front for three months. I paid on 17th May.
Yesterday evening I logged on to find out what discs they have sent me and it has changed to a basic two discs a month package, my status is apparently at -5 so I will not be sent any more discs in June.
I emailed to say, hang on a minute, I haven't changed my package. The reply was "yes you did"
So I tried again, "why would I change my package? I pay up front" They said "you changed your package"
I am so frustrated

They have email only customer service, no phone at all. I have had yet another email saying "you changed your account" when I didn't. If I cancel I will lose my £38. I have written a letter but I don't expect it will get a better response.:beer:0

Surely if they check your bill then they will see that have made a mistake either way. They have either charged you for a 3 disc unlimited for 3 months when you have apprently downgraded your package or as you say you have not downgraded. So you should either get some money back or you account re instated to the 3 disc package. Try telling them that you want the extra money that you paid for the 3 disc package and only got given the 2 disc package back (about £4 a month isnt it) see how quickly they say that they have made a mistake.
