hi, i need a new charger for laptop as the wires from mine have come loose from the adaptor pin.
or alternatively can this one be repaired ,
i.e. can another adaptor be placed onto the wire or same one removed and replaced.
please help
if cannot be repaired any recommendations as to where to buy from as i googled and there were so many to choose from

Replacing the adaptor plug is an option bur I suspect getting it done will cost more than a replacement power supply.
Ebay is as good a place as any to get the charger, I just had a quick look and there are loads available. Prices are from around £7 upwards for a compatible one rather than an OEM Asus charger.
As long as you choose a seller with good feedback and a returns policy you should be fine.0 -
thanks, i thought replacing pin might be a diy job, like replacing a plug
anyway i will go for option of buying a new chargerNice to save.0
