Intel HD4000 should run Football manager.

For those I listed, I mainly choose for mid-range CPU with mid-range dedicated GPU. In this case, I would assume this machine will allow you to run new game in next 3 years.

If you think you would never need extra power for GPU, I suggest you could get intel i5/ i7 with HD 4000.
And please remember, you cannot upgrade laptop GPU. So if you want to run something with graphic intensive in future, you will need new machine.
