    mine never had dummies but slurp their juice like they have never had a drink. They have never got on with plastic spouts. Dummies are nothing like beakers either.. only 3 of mine had a dummy but they all had beakers.

    metal spoons will feel nice and cool on her sore gums.. plus they make a good noise when you bite them.

    It really doesn't matter what you use, the important thing is to offer her good food regularly and let her do what she wants with it. Quantities, table manners, cutlery, etc. etc. all come with time and really shouldn't be of concern when she's so little (I'm assuming around six months).
