Transfer help needed - Natwest/Halifax

Morning all,

To set the scene. I have just gotten a car insurance policy with Admiral however turns out they're going to charge me a ridiculous amount for paying monthly. Instead i've decided to get a 0% for 12 months on purchasing CC from Halifax so that i can make a one of payment an i won't have to pay interest.

I have 15 days left to cancel the Insurance Policy but don't think my CC will arrive in time.

Can i pay on my current Natwest CC and then transfer the amount for the Insurance over to the Halifax one when it arrives?

If so how would i go about this?

Cheers for your help :)
