Isologen con on gmtv this morning

Isologen is a treatment where they take cells from behind the ear and inject them into the face.It has been exposed as a con on gmtv this morning and they are being investigated,they have moved back to America.My sister in law has paid on her credit card do you think she can get her money back it cost £4000.Trading standards are investigating.

Contact the cc company - they will be jointly liable under s75 of the consumer credit act and should refund your money if there was some wrongdoing. However if it was sold as a beauty treatment your sister might not stand a chance.
