I didn't read it as an invitation to contact the PPC at all. I agree the author could have explicitly said to ignore the ticket, but I expect they were being circumspect.What she actually said effectively invites people to contact the PPC refusing to pay the charge, which would be disastrous when all they actually needed to do was to ignore completely.0 -
I don't think so, its a very poorly written article, and doesn't explain anything clearly, whilst the guardian article has a couple of omissions it does correctly mention about non bpa membersWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.
