About 2 months ago I received a phone call from a company called Me Group. Now normal I don't agree to anything over the phone as have had a couple of bad experiences but for some reason I agreed to a trial of their magazine. Unfortunately I remember v little of the phone call other than I could cancel and keep what ever the offer was once the trail mag had arrived. I put down the phone and forgot all about it until £79.99 was taken from my account.
I had to phone my bank to find out what this bill was and luckily they pointed out I had the companies phone number. I have phoned the company numerous times and emailed a manger but they say after 28 day review that they will not refund me the money even though I have yet to receive any mail from them, have not seen their magazine and do not want to be a member for a year !! Please can you help with any suggestions on how to get my money back, thanks
