In my search pack is a Legal Indeminity policy against Chancel Repairs. Does this mean that my solicitor has taken out the policy on my behalf, or do i need to contact First Title to pay for it?

that was the amount of time that the page was open on my PC before I got to it
(I always open several pages at the same time so that I don't have to continue to go back to the list)0
