in Credit cards
I just applied for a cashback CreditCard with Cap1 and it said a decision in 1 minute, after the form was filled out and submitted online it did the checks. Now come to a screen that says a team member will review my application... is this a bad thing or good that i didnt get declined straight away? I am already a customer with Cap1 but only have been for 2 months

It's a referral. Better than a decline, not as good as a straight acceptance.0

A referral could be for any reason. Normally something the automated computer can't figure out. It could also be that there is a delay in getting information from the credit reference agencies.0
