Returning a Bed Frame

First off, I apologise if this is an abvious answer but I am trying to get as much help as possible before i go home after work to ring.

I bought a bed frame from Littlewoods on 06/06/13. Bed was delivered on 13/06/13 and assembled the same day.
On Friday night, I was in bed when the 2 middle support legs bent to one side meaning there is no support on the bed. I have spoken to the insurance (took out when i purchased the bed as this isnt my first rodeo with rubbish beds) and they have said as its within the 1st 12 months, Littlewoods should deal with this for me.

My question is will this be a straight swap/refund deal with Littlewoods or am I in for a nightmare while i sleep on the floor?

Thanks for any help in advance :)

Under SOGA, any fault that appears in the first 6 months is deemed to be inherent. They have every right to inspect it and ensure it's not broken due to user error, but it should be a fairly straightforward case of repair, replace or refund (their choice).

    Hi DaveHughes182,

We're really sorry to hear that you have had some troubles with your bed frame.

Before we're able to confirm what action will be taken we will need to determine the cause of the fault. If you would like to email Help@Littlewoods.co.uk we will be able to look in to this further for you.

    Many thanks,

    Sara
