Divorce question

Hi all,

Filed for divorce on the 01/07/2013 and spoke with the Court today. There has been no response from teh Respondent therefore I am going down to the Court tomorrow to pay the £90 and apply to the Court without notice for the DJ to consider whether the directions should be given, but I was just wondering what the next step is, is it normally as simple as the Judge granting the divorce and how long does it take from here on in usually?
