Which do i need building reg approval for?

There's been a number of jobs done in my home between 2008 and 2009 in which my buyer's solicitor is asking for building reg certificates.
We had an extension built, we got the necessary planning and building reg for that. As part of that we turned the existing kitchen into a bathroom and what was the living room into a kitchen, we converted the upstairs bathroom into a dressing room.
We have electrical compliance certs. The solicitor is claiming we need certificates for all of the above.
Of course we can just get indemnities. Just a bit concerned my ftb purchasers might get cold feet with a range of indemnities.

Yes building regs applies to every one of the changes you mentioned.
Kitchen for fire safety, bathrooms for provision of drainage.
you might be okay turning the upstairs to a dressing room, does it have a normal window in it?0 -

The upstairs has the smallish window with opaque glass. It fully opens like a normal window.0
