halifax ulimate reward got a letter

got a letter saying they been trying to contact me which I been busy and it says that they want to talk to me to talk about the services and account to see if its the right one for me

but I not going to waste my time ringing them as I don't want to change my account to any other as I need the 300 pound overdraft as I wont have it paid off till October this year

so I don't want them messing with my account and then they could take off my overdraft

I pay in 630 a month I don't mind paying 15pound a month fee as I want the overdraft

also after I pay off my overdraft can I downgrade to reward account but would it have different sort code and account number as I hate having the hassle of contacting works to change everything?

You got more than one Ultimate Reward or is this the only one? Not that it matters as you are using it to save money on the overdraft.

You can change to their other current accounts without needing to alter the account numbers etc. The Reward account would need >£750 pcm and 2 monthly direct debits however.

Looks like they're trying to cover their backs before the big mis-selling push
