There is also nothing in T&C about maximum balance transfer amount or fees.

It is administrated by Barclays so may be a good one for Barclays/Barclaycard customers if 10k credit limit is enough for you. You can request an application pack online and if T&C you get through the post are the same as on their website it worth a try.

The T&C clearly indicate a balance transfer fee of 2.5%
