Switching dual fuel through Cheap Energy Club

We switched our dual fuel supplier through MSE Cheap Energy Club on 29th June. So far have had no response from E-On (current supplier) or N Power (new supplier). Looking on FAQ's it says it may take up to 8 weeks to switch, but shorly we should have had some acknowledgement from someone after nearly 3 weeks? Could anyone set my mind at rest?
