A bit OT but I was thinking, when parents/grandparents go on a school trip, do they have to have a CRB first? I'm not familiar with school trips when parents go so I just wondered.

No, and it's not a CRB anymore - it's a DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) check.

Yes, I have drafted the letter out - I will 'tidy' it up and drop it into the school next week.
The grandkids have all finished school last Friday. now I get the pleasure of minding grandson until his mum finishes work - so from 6.45am to 11.15 ish!

I have plans to teach him money skills and telling the time - I also have a nice easy writing skills workbook to keep his existing skills sharp! I also have a good stock of craft stuff and he loves to bake..........so I reckon I have a great summer holiday to come!

I strongly suspect he has ADHD - so I keep the little sod busy! its the only way to cope with him - left to his own devices he prefers to wreck rooms and have tantrums!
