23 March 2018 - Reached cash out level
4 April - Received the "we're upgrading" email so replied to it asking if they could send me the cash out email
5 April - Cash out email received (13 days wait)
... now just got to wait up to 28 days for bacs payment to arrive

Update 10-57am
Payment confirmation email says 10 to 20 days wait for Bacs payment

I have been waiting 8 weeks for my £25 filled in the email to say how i wanted paying but nothing have emailed and got a reply saying they are dealing with a back log of emails, payment is still showing in my account so hasn't been processed has yet,

I'm waiting to receive a cash out email, they've always been pretty good before so it's not good to read about the long waits you've had. Hope it gets sorted soon.

It's a decent enough site. The surveys are usually straightforward and not too long; more importantly they rarely fail, and if you are screened out it's at an early stage. I've never had a problem with cash outs, they've always been paid straight into my bank account, in a reasonable timescale.


You won't get rich doing these, it takes me about 2 months to reach £25, but if you're not doing anything else with your time it's a nice little boost.
