a chat with a friend, your little one / pet doing something funny, dabbling feet in the stream, sitting down & surveying the view after you've tidied, the smell as you drive through the woods, freshly picked strawberries / tomatoes still warm from the sun, children's laughter, ice cold water when you're hot & bothered....
