BankSmart repayment

Last year i requested banksmart to investigate my ppi claim with northern rock (now NRam). I have been offered a settlement after a year and a half of aggravation but banksmart want 25% of my repayment as their cut. They have given me 14 days to pay their cut to them before i have even signed the forms to say i have accepted the repayment. If i do not pay i will receive additional costs and charges.
I do not know what to do because i wont be able to pay their cut without receiving my repayment first which will most likely take longer than 14 days.
Has anyone got any tips on what i should do or has anyone dealt with banksmart or been in a similar situation?

Phone and tell them you can't pay them until you receive the cash.0

BankSmart don't have a phone number. Everything is done via Email or post. They have never been very understanding in the past.0

Sounds like they think you've been paid out. Email them and possibly write explaining clearly that you haven't received anything yet.0

Tell them you will complain to the MOJ if they will not wait until you get your redress, they should not demand payment and threaten other charges if you have not got what they claimed for you.
Make sure they don't put any extra charges on.
