Memory upgrage for Dell Inspirom 1300??

I have a dell inspiron 1300 with 256 RAM. I want to upgrade it.
The crucial is giving this memory as compatible with it
1GB
DDR2 PC2-4200 • CL=4 • UNBUFFERED • NON-ECC • DDR2-533 • 1.8V • 128Meg x 64
But I was wondering if this one if compatible with my syatem.
Kingston ValueRAM 1GB 667MHz (PC5300) DDR2 Non-ECC CL5 DIMM
I notice that it is CL5 vs CL4
Any help is appreciated
