Boiler cupboard vents

I'm looking to replace vent covers on boiler cupboard door (boiler is for hot air heating system). Current vents consist of the following sizes:

1 x air intake vent 34cm w x 19.5 h
1 x air output vent 34cm x 34 cm
1 x circulation vent ( to allow air into cupboard) 26cm w x 24 cm h.
1 x circulation vent 34cmw x 29cm h

I have looked online but am unable to find anything that corresponds with these sizes in either white or chrome. Can anyone recommend a supplier please?

Input and output vents need to be same size as they fit into boiler system. However, circulation vents appear to have been added as gas regulations have changed. I have tried to find out what size vents need to be but no joy, does anyone know how big vents need to be?

Just walked down to look at my warm air boiler ( yes , not doing a lot today!)

I have the two door vents , 44 x30 cms but they cover up the smaller hole ( s) cut into the door , so you could always go larger with the cover , makes fixing easier.
circulation vents appear to have been added as gas regulations have changed.

Been there since i moved in , so not recently .
Bit confused which other vents you are posting about .......any chance of a photo?

If changing the vents, you'll probobly have to comply with current building Regs.

The existing vents may have complied when they were installed, but the regs may have changed so you'll need to find out.

As these vents in the door are not just for supply air for combustion but also for air circulation within the cupboard, there is every chance they meet current regs, the one that will require updating will be the supply air into the property ;)

Circulation/combustion air vents are dependent on the size of the appliance, so need that to advise:)
These vents, and the return air must be fixed and not closeable and are called grilles , but the ones for the heat supply are called registers, as they are adjustable;)

    Try these>>> http://www.johnsonandstarley.co.uk/warm-air/grilles.asp

I would also make sure that you have a free return air flow area back from each room as this is essential!
It is usually or often just a gap at the top of glass panes above the doors, or grilles from each room that has a heat output register!
