Julius K9 Harness

Has anybody got any experience of the Julius K9 harnesses?
I'm thinking of getting one of the IDC powerharnesses (and possibly the belt version too for when it's hot) as our current Ezydog chestplate harness needs replacing (buckle got chewed) and it rubs slightly under the armpits.
I think I'd also get the optional chest-plate for the Julius K9 to help spread the weight and make it more difficult to escape from!
I've read loads and loads of reviews and whilst they're mainly positive, there's a few not so good opinions.
