first plus secured loan ppi reclaim

Hi guys - quick question - have 2/3 secured loans since approx 2006, 1st loan had ppi, the second loan had the first tide into it 9prob inc ppi fees etc) plus more borrowing and the 3rd was as the 2nd (2nd loan plus new borrowing) - we reclaimed some time ago ppi from the 3rd loan but would there be ppi from the 1st and 2nd ones to reclaim as got a feeling we were given settlement figures in ppi interest etc?

Did they look at the other 2 loans when they redressed the 1st?, all 3 should have been redressed, look at the paperwork for the redress and see if it shows any rebate figures and any amounts that were not included in the PPI and interest.

When you repaid the 1st loan they would have given you a rebate of the PPI, the remaining PPI would have been paid back by you at settlement and so on to the next.

You should have received 3 loan PPI and interest and the 8%, if the other 2 were not redressed, get the claims in asap.
