Cheap web designer for business startup

Hi,
Does anyone know of any cheap but good web designers I could use for my business start up? I am setting up a catering business and want to show off my wares and maybe have a contact email, address, phone number and maybe some customer comments. I don't think it would be too hard, or too big a project. Just looking for something relatively cheap to start with.
Any advice much appreciated.

It was free because it was a relative that created this for us.
However I can ask if you are interested?
We used a lot of site builders first and we were unhappy with the final product - we wanted it to look good and often the ones we purchased online looked amature.

There is a comparison site called payasyougowebsite.info that has a lot of info. I have used helios web design. They were cheap and excellent quality, very helpful with tips on what to put in etc.0

I had a look at the comparison site mentioned above. Very useful and shows the wide variety in prices out there and what is on offer.
I'm looking for a cheap package, but think payg may cost more in the long run. May be worth it though in the short term to see if there is a market out there for my services.

My link to my site was removed. What a joke! My site was of no use to anyone here, hence wasn't being advertised!!! It's so local that visits from here would not do me any good at all.
Well MSE do you want people to help each other or not. The OP asked for some advice, I provided them with a link to my site that provides exactly the same services and asked them if they wanted me to provide further details of who created it.
Joke, don't know why I even bother!0
