How many dwarf french beans in one pot?

Sometimes they write on the seed packet, or plant label how much space you need to give each plant, but if it were me, I would put 3 plants in the pot. Put a stake in the middle, or a few twigs, at the same time, so you don't pierce the roots at a later date.
As long as you keep watering and feeding (tomato food is fine) then the plants will do fine - just don't forget to check on the watering - they might need doing twice a day in hot weather.0 -

Thanks for the advice, I bought the seeds in a job lot off ebay and I have lost the sheet of instructions that I got with them.0 -
I just bought a packet of dwarf french bean seeds myself so had a look for you. It says to plant 10in apart when planting in rows. Not much help for pots I'm afraid but I would imagine you won't go far wrong following Lauralla's advice. Hope that helps.0
