Ebay - iPhone I bought has been blacklisted.

This happened to OH - but he bought an iphone off Amazon. About 6 weeks after happily using it, it stopped working so i took it into the Vodafone shop and they said it was reported as stolen and blocked. Expecting a fight on our hands, we contacted the Amazon trader, he replied and refunded the same day before we even had a chance to send it back! We did send it back obviously. However my OH had his fingers burnt and bought it direct from Vodafone in the end.

Hi guys.
Seller finally agreed to a refund. Sent it back recorded delivery with tracking number today. Doubtful as to whether I'll get my postage back - £13.94 in total - not going to rock the boat any further. To be honest I'm glad to get just the phone refunded - £174.99.
I took pictures of the IMEI etc. I won't close the cases until the refund is in my bank!
Hopefully this will be the end of the matter.
