I use the service for one of my lines.
First few months ok,then they changed billing system resulting in lots of errors and lenghthy queues to get through to customer service, they dont seem to have sorted it yet.Staff helpful when you finally get through.
I dont know what service your on littlemisshappy but calls are certainly not free. The package costs about £78 over 18 months.0 -

Quick google brought up this.

The two most recent posts seem to indicate they have billing issues.0 -
Hi,
As a Euphony consultant please allow me to explain the billing issues that are mentioned here.
In December 2006, Euphony had a new £3 million computer system installed. This meant that they were able to combine the previous 15 seperate systems into one universal system that can be used all over the world.
When changing a system that stores information about over 1 million customers and thousands of business consultants, it is a lengthy and complicated process. Most of the work was completed without problems, however there are bound to be some customers who encounter some. I don't think the hiccups were too major considering the size of the project but this has now allowed Euphony to expand at a quicker rate than before which means better services and more money being saved as a result!
As a consultant, i apologise for the inconveniences caused and look forward to some exciting new products that are planned for the near future.
Best wishes

I have been a Euphony customer for about 8 years now and can say that I have had no problems at all unless you call getting a bill one month, later then expected a major problem which I don't.0

4 posts out of 7 about Euphony, are you a Euphony Consultant as well.If so it appears all three people supporting them recieve some benefit from them.
If you dont make any Intl Calls to the inclusive destinations, and you dont make a lot of Peak Calls(less then 30 a week) instead of using Euphony Eu Talk 18, you would be better of using 18185 for your peak geographical calls, and Primus Saver 2 for your free 01/02 Evening & Weekend calls.Plus you dont pay for something you dont use eg whilst on holiday.
Whatever you do avoid their rip off 0870 rates.
Peak 8.74p a minute.
Any other time 4.64 a minute.
They must be one of the dearest supplier,s around for this type of call.0 -
I can only give my honest opinion of this subject as a customer.
As for the 0870 rates I don't agree with these type of calls anyway so I use this as an alternative http://www.saynoto0870.com/ should I have to make the odd call now & then.0 -
Just to clarify, Euphony consultants are not paid for replying to unconstructive forum whingers, only using and recommending the services to people they know that would benefit.
The bottom line is, over 18 months it works out at £4.33 per month. This is a good bit cheaper than BT and although you may be able to put together a directory of a thousand ways of saving 2p on a specific phonecall , £4.33 for unlimited calls to the western world is pretty damn good.
To answer a previous post about someone getting excited about VOIP and broadband, I know the details of the VOIP product and it is going to be quite different than anything currently on the market. It is important to note that Euphony have always been ahead of the game and whether you are a customer or not, you still benefit. They were the first company years ago to introduce free local calls, a good while before BT. This then forced the market down and BT followed suit. When we talk about new products, a company that has grown from £20 million to £140 million in less than 3 years did not do so by bringing out products and services which are not market leading.
The attitudes of some people on here are laughable..... if you went to buy a new kitchen and the bloke in the shop said "It's worth having a look at that one mate but I won't point out the benefits of it because it will look like I am trying to sell it to you, i'll just stand back and hope that you have extensive kitchen buying experience to know what to look for"....
Why do people get so uptight about someone recommending something that they use and believe in?.... if you are sceptical about what people say then simply take a small portion of the time you waste typing unconstructive comments on here and research the company and what it can offer you!
Now for the money saving part of my message...... If you are currently with BT or you have family and friends who live in Europe, USA, Canda, Australia or New Zealand then I would advise having a look at Euphony Communications EuTalk+18 Package.

Talk Talk (Talk 1) with International Extra are now offering free intl calls to 36 countries, including the above. Its not clear if they still allow you to cps the service ,or if you have to take their line rental. They dont raise a monthly charge if you sign up at the moment. So if you dont make lots of peak 01/02 calls, but call any of the counties regularly that are covered its well worth considering.
