Bit of a long shot but can anyone recommend from personal experience a transfer/taxi company to collect me from Corfu airport and deposit me at my resort at the North of the island whose name I can't recall at the moment!

If it's anywhere near Kassiopi, Cosmic travel would be able to help you.0 -
It's Acharavi on the north coast, so not a million miles from Kassiopi - will look at that company, tnx0

I've found http://www.suntransfers.com very good in the past. Never used them in Corfu though so don't know how competitive they are.0

Hi Robatwork. We go to Corfu most years (yes I know we're v lucky). We stay in the North of the island and always pre-book transfers with Corfu Taxis. I think their e/mail is info@corfutaxi.gr, they are searchable on the internet. They always meet us at the airport with signs with our names on and have transferred between 4 and 8 of us using either multiple cars or a people carrier. Never had a problem with them, English speaking and smart. There are also always taxis hanging around the airport if you want to leave it to chance. Have a great time.0

We used airporttransfers.co.uk when we went to Corfu two years ago, there local transfer company that they use is Lords Travel and they were great.
I would also suggest looking at HolidayTaxis.co.uk as well as they have good prices.I am a Travel Agent
My company’s ATOL/ABTA numbers are 6053 / P5638. MSE doesn't check my status as a Travel Agent, so you need to take my word for it. ATOL numbers can be checked with the Cival Aviation Authority. This signature is here as I follow MSE's Travel Agent Code of Conduct.0 -
When we went to Corfu last year, we rented a car. It worked out the same cost as a taxi for both journeys (petrol included) and we had a car for the week as well.

https://www.suntransfers.com and https://www.clicktransfers.com both seem to be very good wherever in the world you go.0
