After 'failing' a medical with ATOS my ESA has stopped and it was suggested to me that i could claim WTC. In the disability test it asks if 'you have a mental illness for which you receive regular treatment under the supervision of a medically qualified person' can anybody tell me who that would be? Thanks

I have been working 14.5 hrs a week for 6 months after being unable to to for 11 years. Was told if i worked 16hrs a week i could claim WTC?0
