How to re connect omega hard drive

Hi All
I;ve moved my computer and all the bits joined into it, to make the room tidier!
MISTAKE!!
I now get the message 'insert disc into removable drive', when I try to open the omega hard drive. Never had that before!
So I've obviously not connected something, so any suggestions welcome.

Make, model and OS of your PC would help. Is this a separate external hard drive or an optical drive?
