when searching for an IVA specialist, how can you trust one (to deal with your IVA from the start to the end)

how can you trust one, and check that they are certified?

Difficult, look for one that doesn't charge you anything for a start.

They are like insurance companies, you get bad ones and really bad ones.

Having said that, I was with Grant Thornton and they were nothing but ok with me, nothing to report apart from they dealt with the annual reviews in good time, they even reduced my payments when I had a pay cut. At the end they tried to say I underpaid but I kept all correspondence and quickly rectified the issue.
