I have been keeping an eye on a package holiday in Menorca with Thomsons. However I stumbled across 2 other online (only) websites today - 2bookaholiday and Hypermarket Holidays.
I've checked the prices of a one weeks stay at a certain hotel and the Thomsons site is quoting over £1,500.00 (although it was less earlier this week), 2 bookaholiday is quoting £1,216.00 and Holiday Hypermarket is quoting £1,218.00.
All the holidays are quoting the same Thomson flight and Holiday Hypermarket also has quoted "Thomson" on the page.
What I'd like to know is why is there such a large price discrepancy between the prices quoted by Thomson and the other two sites and is it likely that I'll have a worse room if I but one of the cheaper holidays?
(I realise that Thomson have to cover the cost of high street shops but how can there be such a large discrepancy in one holiday).
Also, has anyone used either of the online travel agents and are they trustworthy?

Holiday Hypermarket is owned by TUI, same group as Thomson, so it is legit.
As for the big price difference I can't honestly be sure. Is it exactly the same details? flight times, airports, room type, board basis etc.Mortgage remaining: £42,260 of £77,000 (2.59% til 03/18 - 2.09% til 03/23)
Savings target June 18 - £22,281.99 / £25,0000 -
Each and every travel agency provide different type of facilities so depending on that the cost varies. Popular travel agency's provide all high class facilities so they charge a bit.0
