Karcher steam cleamer

I have seen a few threads on steam cleaners but couldn't find answer to this so hope somebody here may know...
We're considering a steam cleaner and have always liked Karcher products but it doesn't look as though their steam cleaner has a hand-held model. Although we plan on using on floors, we also want to be able to get to the inside of the shower screen, round taps etc. Is that possible? I know it talks about hand tools and it looks as though there are the narrow nozzle heads, is the hose part long and flexible enough to get round inside the shower (normally have to stand in the bath to clean the far edge of the inside part of the screen as the screen doesn't come out away from the bath)
