Received wrong item

Hi. I purchased an item worth £400 for £330 so not an obvious pricing error like my other thread. The description, title and manufacturer ID were all for the £400 item but I instead received a different item worth £330. I've been offered a refund but I told them I would like a replacement. My question is can they insist on giving me a refund instead of providing me with the correct product?
