Wren Bedrooms- advice please

Ordered and paid deposit on 10th may to wren bedrooms. We told sales assistant that we wouldn't be having it fitted till beginning of July. She said that they could deliver week beginning 10th June, we said this was too early but she said better to have it earlier just in case they couldn't deliver nearer the time, so we took delivery of it on Thursday 13th June. Yes she told us that we had to check items and report any faults within 7 days. She
rang me within that 7 days and asked us to check the mirrored door. Me and my son did so as best we could seeing as it had been put in the middle of all the doors, which were very heavy so we checked best we could, didn't want to remove any of the packing cos that was asking for possible breakages. They have not been touched since till today when the joiner went to fit and discovered it was broke. Also she ordered us 3 sheets of wenge to make the frame work which the joiner discovered wasn't the right stuff so we had to make do and buy some mdf which looks ago but they won't take that back and refund either @£60 a sheet! At the time of ordering we told them there would be a kitchen order next year for definite. Phoned her earlier and she spoke to the manager and rang back and basically as we were out ofthe time limit all they could do was order a new one at our expense!
