I can assure you mine won't pop up in e-bay or anywhere else once it arrives, but I agree it's very frustrating when this happens

I got mine last week. Sending the old brush back was optional, so i did not want to be without a decent brush whilst the new one was sent.
My old brush is now going to be used on trips away, as it still holds charge for a week of use and I still have a few new heads as well.

I got mine a few weeks ago. I did send my old toothbrush in as I had two. (One that was not in use). My daughter now has my other old one with the spare heads and I'm using the lovely new one. :j

I got one, via courier about 2 weeks ago. I applied online when I saw it in the weekly email, I didn't send in my old toothbrush.

It's much better than my old one (should be at ~6x the RRP) although it takes quite some getting used to, not sure my teeth knew what hit them!

Did not get one. I do get about 100 junk emails a day in my inbox and about 50 in the junk folder so I hope I did not simply miss it! My girlfriend didn't get one either.

I received mine yesterday, delayed sending my form & old brush back until 7 August due to holiday, so just less than 3 weeks for mine to arrive. Mine will not be going on eBay either, it's being charged now.

I tried and tried but got nothing.
They offered the 'prize draw' and I entered but got nowt.
Kept pushing by email and got various emails back either missing the point or denying they had any responsibilty.
Eventually I got a letter which said much the same "they were sorry, they offfered the prize draw to make up, 'too bad if you didn't get one' and hope you will buy Colgate in future"!
Left a nasty taste in the mouth - which wasn't minty flavoured!
