samsung tablet/tesco direct

Hi Ive had a lot of good advice from this board and thankyou for this. Today my problem is I cannot access tesco direct using the app from playstore. I have kaspersky security . I get the list of choices and tap on tesco direct and get a flashing download sign and nothing happens. Iwould be grateful for any advice.shrewdalx

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1. Just downloaded the app and it's worked ok.

Try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it.

And if it still plays up, restart the tablet and see if it works after after that.

May also be worth checking your tablet for Android system updates.

Where is this Teco Direct app coming from as i cannot find on Play via Galaxy 10.1

Plain old Tesco app installs and runs just fine from the store .
