Just a quickie,

An offer has been accepted on a house, solicitors have been instructed, should a memorandum of sale be sent to buyers..??

It is not mandatory - just a convenience.

All parties involved need to be advised of the names of other parties, property address, price etc. howthis is done does not matter

* seller
* seller's solicitor (if using one)
* buyer
* buyer's solicitor (if using one)
* agent (if using one)
* mortgage lender (if using one)

Just remember getting a memorandum of sale on last house purchase, and nothing this time that's all..... I will ring Estate Agents tomorrow....
