Good morning :hello:
Just a quick update from me this morning.
I will be buying milk today (planned expenditure). I'm going to go for the whole milk from Ald* again, as I need to make yoghurt this evening. I'm toying with the idea of trying it without the milk powder, but if it doesn't work, I shall be disappointed as I like to be able to think I have edible yoghurt at the end of 8-12 hours now
I think we will have some form of Buddha bowl for dinner - I want to start to make use of the beetroot micro leavesPlus it will spur me on to sow some more seeds. The coriander has really come on, and there is the potential to use so much in my cooking (usually leave it out, as it is so expensive to buy fresh from the s'markets) that I'm downright silly to not grow my own.
I hope you all have a good day.
Thank you for reading.
See y'all later.

What sort of things do you put in a buddha bowl? I'd love a recipe or some ideas as I'm vegan and always looking for interesting new ideas.
Also, harking back to your first post (I think) when you said you roasted avocado for one of these bowls - do you just peel & slice as usual and just stick it in the oven or do I need to do something special? So intrigued.0 -
